一、產品特征

       本產品是將膨體聚四氟乙烯（e-PTFE）微孔濾膜用特殊工藝復合在各種基材上，覆合后的濾料既保持聚四氟乙烯所固有的高化學穩定性、低摩擦系數、耐高低溫、防老化等，能抵擋微小顆粒，又有一般覆膜濾料的透氣性、防水性等特性。是一種新型的“會呼吸的濾膜濾料”。本品具有：透氣量大、阻力低、過濾效率好、容塵量大、粉塵剝離率高，是除菌、除塵的理想濾料。廣泛應用到水泥、冶金、食品、涂裝、石化塑料等工業領域煙氣和粉塵顆粒的治理和回收。

       Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) microporous membrane was compounded with special technology on various substrates. The composite filter material not only maintained the inherent high chemical stability, low friction coefficient, resistance to high and low temperatures, anti-aging and so on, but also could resist micro-particles, and had the incomparable permeability and waterproof properties of ordinary membrane-coated filter material. It is a new type of "breathable membrane filter material".

Application: Treatment and recovery of flue gas and dust particles in cement, metallurgy, food, painting, Petrochemical plastics and other industrial fields.
