一、產品特征

         PTFE針刺氈是一種性能更加優良的新型高溫過濾材料，以100% 3D-5D PTFE卷曲纖維，通過系列無紡工藝，制成具有三維微孔結構的高密度針刺氈,然后高溫定型、燒毛、壓光和覆膜處理。工作環境溫度250℃，瞬間溫度可達300℃,完全不怕酸堿、不怕氧化。 

 應用:灰塵有濕氣、含酸、含堿、含氧化基團的復雜工況中除塵。如火力發電廠、垃圾焚燒發電廠、鋼鐵廠、瀝青廠、水泥廠等腐蝕高溫行業。

        PTFE needle felt is a new type of high temperature filter material with better performance. It is made of 100% 3d-5d PTFE crimped fiber through a series of non-woven processes, which has a three-dimensional microporous structure, and then high temperature setting, singeing, calendering and film covering. The working environment temperature is 250 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 300 ℃. It is completely free of acid and alkali and oxidation.

Application: dust removal under complex working conditions with moisture, acid, alkali and oxidation group. Such as thermal power plant, waste incineration power plant, steel plant, asphalt plant, cement plant and other corrosive high-temperature industries.
